Starr's Mill High School is a AAAA high school located in Fayetteville, Georgia. Starr's Mill is known for high standards in academics, athletics, and fine arts. The school offers a variety of AP classes, three foreign languages, and a highly rated fine arts courses. The Panthers regularly rank as one of the top public high schools in Georgia in regard to the performance of its sports teams. The school has won state titles in soccer, volleyball, and dance and has finished as runners-up in track, softball, and baseball. Each year, the fine arts department puts on incredible musicals, the latest being Hairspray in November, 2010.
