SPF is a fun community based fitness company that accommodates individuals who struggle to workout around an orthopedic limitation by having its own on-site Doctor of Physical Therapist on staff. With a variety of healthcare professionals all in collaboration under one roof, Starting Point Fitness provides ideal services for anyone who deals with any aches or pains and is looking to learn how to workout around those limitations in a safe and effective manner. SPF takes pride in its new and upcoming virtual platform that offers services from personal training to small group, to its cornerstone program "Team Training." Virtual Team Training is a community based approach to personal training, providing its clients the necessary individualized attention, but inside a group setting. An online community of clients all working toward a common goal of looking and feeling better, generates a positive uplifting environment that keeps them coming back. These workouts are Live and Interactive. Meaning SPF's trainers see the clients every move in real time. Thus, allowing them to coach, provide feedback, motivate, and most importantly give each client specific modifications based on their fitness capabilities.Best of all, although Virtual Team Training, provides all the aspect typically inherited from working with a Health & Fitness Professional, since the workouts are done in a group setting, VTT is a FRACTION of the COST.
