State Complex "The National Congress palace" is the official residence of the President of the Russian Federation, which received this status in 2003. State complex combines the following functions: •Governmental residence •Business and congress centre •Museum and a cultural reserve The Complex is located in the historical place. Palace and park ensemble in Strelna was founded by Peter I as a Royal summer residence that was meant to become the "Russian Versailles" and a symbol of power and prosperity of Russia. But his dream came true only three centuries after. State Complex opened its doors in 2003 after the total reconstruction.
