WHO'S BEHIND STATERA?Hi I'm Dan, having spent the last 14 years working in Senior Management in a multitude of roles, from Head of Finance, Financial Controller, Finance Director, and Commercial Director. I fully understand business and people.The business, Statera is born from a concept and overwhelming desire to combine a passion for business and helping people, where a balance in their work and life can be found.There are two sides to Statera, the first is providing part-time finance directors services to owner managers, helping them and their senior management teams achieve their goals. The second part is focusing on personal development. I am studying and working through an Executive coaching qualification. Utilizing this and my personal life experiences I wish to work with people and help them personally and in business.WHAT IS A FINANCE DIRECTOR?A true FD is a transformational leader, the business owners right hand person, they'll be a strategist, and an operator – someone who can switch from Strategic visionary conversations to a technical detailed operator working at a tactical and operational level.
