Stateside Solutions is a specialised recruitment firm that recruits candidates in the United States for Irish/European SME's. We have had much success recruiting for positions ranging from sales people and technicians to the most recent hiring of a CEO for an Irish owned LifeScience software company.We work with companies setting up and expanding their operations in the US and can assist them with the challenges involved; from the logistics of incorporation and setting up a bank account to the more complex process of hiring the right candidate. We have offices in Galway and New York so our Irish team can meet our clients locally while the US team meets and screens potential candidates before presenting pre-qualified candidates to the client for interview. In addition, we assist the client with the on-boarding process of their new hire, from contract negotiation to payroll and benefits.
