Established in 1977, Staveley and Partners is a specialist consultancy providing contractual and commercial management expertise to Clients involved in all sectors of the Construction Industry. The Directors of the firm are a combination of Chartered Engineers and Chartered Surveyors and we believe that this combination of engineering and commercial expertise is essential to achieving the best outcome for our Clients. With almost 40 years' experience successfully working for national and international clients in the Engineering and Construction sectors, Staveley and Partners have been and continue to be at the forefront of providing best in class cost, risk and contractual advisory and consultancy services to Clients involved in the delivery of building and infrastructure projects. Our involvement covers all phases of scheme delivery including feasibility stage through to detailed design, construction and on to operation and maintenance. This experience has proved invaluable to Clients involved in the preparation and rebuttal of claims whether in the normal course of project delivery or as part of a formal disputes resolution process such as mediation, conciliation, adjudication, arbitration or litigation. It has also been put to use to help Clients implement disputes avoidance strategies as the industry increasingly recognises the benefits to be had by ensuring that strong and effective project controls are in place from the outset coupled with a defined strategy for implementation and monitoring to ensure continued effectiveness through to project completion.
