Our projects are typically associated with the purchase or management of real estate. These projects commonly involve Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I, II & III), underground storage tank management (UST), historical chemical spills, asbestos, mold, indoor air quality, and lead based paint testing. Once identified, remediation might be initiated and completed.
