Hi there! My name is Erwin Delabra and myself along with my two cousins form the Steezcakes Team.What started it all? My love for Cheesecakes all began at a local Yoshinoya Restaurant when I was around 6 years old and always wanted to get a slice of the New York Cheesecake slices they sold there from Don Donaire. Unfortunately growing up money was always tight, until one day I was finally able to try a slice and instantly fell in love with Cheesecakes not knowing that I would later create my own Signature line 14 years later. I first learned how to make a very basic Cheesecake in a Coooking class where I followed a simple recipe that was full of processed sugars and butter using tin trays but took upon the Challenge to make mine the best in class! This sparked an immediate inner fire when the class was done, with a passion to create my own by improving on this now learned recipe and studying other recipes from World famous Chefs and Bakers with consistencies I admired the most. I reverse engineered what they did and experimented with new and better ingredients and baking temperatures in order to obtain my desired consistency until I began to perfect my own Signature recipe! I then started showcasing my talents at potlucks and family gatherings and the rest is history.This is a sweet journey where myself and my Steezcakes Team strive to bring a positive change to the Market, and share the passion for Premium Cheesecakes with the World with the sole mission to bring more smiles and create lasting fun filled memories with you all!
