Founded in 2008 by Ahmad Moalej, Stellaris Group is a Los Angeles- based private equity firm that specializes primarily in franchise retail food services, but also in New Restaurant Development, NNN and Residential Multi-Family Investments. It's former restaurant franchise investments were Dennys, Papa Johns, and Del Taco. Stellaris currently owns and operates 59 Carl's Junior units located throughout California, Utah and Idaho, and plans to continue growing throughout the Western Region of the country in the coming year.
