Jonathan Despinidic (JD) was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) when he was 13. Today the average life expectancy of someone living with CF is 38 (less than half that of the average Australian). I am one of only 653 adults living with CF over the age of 30.Setting the "Step On CF" challenge is his way to both stay as fit and healthy as possible, and to do his part to raise much-needed funds to make the life of those living with CF better. Cystic Fibrosis Australia and New Zealand does this through research and providing services and much needed medical equipment to people living with CF and their carers.From March 2018 to February 2019, JD will set out to walk a total of 780km (or more).
