Steps Upward Foundation Trasitional Housing - Founded in 2020 by Lamonte Wilson and Michael Riegle to help formerly incarcerated clients escape street life, abuse and neglect after jail or prison.We provide a safe, supportive, home-like environment to probationers and parrolees at the same time as provideing a second chance to develop the skills needed to become self-sufficient and an exceptional profesional individual returning to society. Steps Upward Foundation Transitional Housing provides supportive services for Probation and Parole Clients ages 18 - 80 who are currently experiencing homelessness or housing instability, including: transitional housing options, intensive case management, life skills instruction, counseling services, employment preparation, recreational activities, linkages to education, medical and other social services.
