On the day of the event we can provide a coordinator to help the day go smoothly.Wedding Planning Services: We will facilitate all aspects of the ‘Big Day"..... This package is a great for an out of town couple who are having a destination wedding in the Okanagan, or a working couple who does not have the time to source out all the necessary vendors. Special Events/Tradeshows: We will work as an organizer to host trade shows within a specific industry or a special event fundraiser. Services offered include a written list of all attendees, advertising, décor, booth rentals and organization of registration desk.‘Day Of' Coordination: We will facilitate an event on the ‘Day Of'. This is great for a client who has done all the ‘up-front' work themselves and are just looking for someone on the day of the event to handle any issues that may arise.Decorating Services: Our Decorating Services can include everything from theme development to centerpieces and seating charts.
