Sterling Hot Yoga Works is a foundry for change. Our company has two branches: 1. Sterling Hot Yoga Works yoga studios which offer Gold 90, Sterling 60 and Iron Hour classes in a clean, state-of-the-art and welcoming environment; 2. Sterling Hot Yoga Teacher Training, where we produce proficient teachers who are professional, positive and customer service oriented who learn not only the instructions of each pose, but how to impart the details of physiology, anatomy, alignment, breath, corrections and more. Our mission is to educate and empower people who contribute to the health and wellness of themselves and of the world, and our vision is to set a global standard for health and wellness training.
