As a REIT Manager, STREAD is responsible for actively monitoring the portfolio's performance, safeguarding investors' returns, and optimizing the portfolio's performance. STREAD will work closely with the property managers to drive organic growth, build strong relationships with tenants, and seek property enhancement opportunities.
