This is a concept, technology, business system and set of trademarks which is owned and held safely in trust by a UK company.This is an App that allows people to turn their existing debit & credit cards into cashback loyalty cards.A fully automated service where the customer doesn't have to do anything other than pay for their goods & service with a registered card.The merchant doesn't have to do anthing than other than take the payment. The system connects merchants with their customers allowing them to directly communicate with their client base by allowing merchants to list promotions on the App promoting any cashback offer i.e. 10% cashback on Tuesday if you spend over 2000 Rs.The App is available for iPhone, Android or as a web page app for those without a Smart Phone.We now seek to raise £500k to seed the growth of our India operation in exchange for a 25% equity share of the local Indian company.
