This has given us an invaluable insight into the most appropriate equipment for specific sites and material handling.Our extensive technical knowledge, combined with the best equipment, ensures that your business can continue to operate with minimal downtime.Articulated DumptrucksThe majority of the dumptrucks in the fleet are manufactured by Volvo Construction Equipment with the remainder manufactured by Bell Equipment.Our standard specification for dumptrucks includes white noise reverse alarms, green seat belt lights and fire extinguishers. Machines on long-term contract are often modified to suit individual site requirements. This includes such features as having the body capacity increased for light materials, special tyre combinations to reduce wear, heated body kits fitted for cold environments and body liners for working with abrasive material.Wheeled Loading ShovelsThere is a variety of wheeled loading shovels in the fleet with around 50% being manufactured by Volvo and the remainder a mix of CAT, Bell Equipment and Liebherr.Wheeled loading shovels in our general rental fleet, are supplied to a high specification – often to quarrying standard, fitted with such features as green seat belt lights, reverse radar, reverse breaking systems and weigh loaders. Long-term rentals are catered for on an individual basis, with some requiring additional corrosion protection systems.Most shovels are fitted with attachment brackets so that they can be supplied into a variety of environments – for instance a Volvo L120G could be handling animal feed with a high tip bucket on one job then be moved to re-handle aggregate with a GP bucket on the next.
