Whilst we aren't happy with the increase in annual 'staying ahead of the pack' IT costs, we certainly condone the benefits. Since our inception we have consistently upgraded our equipment, network structure, the software, and the people who run it... which is pretty well all of us. Our internet and remote access skills are honed nowadays, as are the latest ATO and Government electronic options, which saves time and money for all our clients.
