The partnership's mission is to create 50,000 jobs and increase the size of the economy by 50% over the next 10 years. Our focus is on enterprise and innovation with an aim to unlock the potential of the private sector to create employment and wealth and begin growing, restructuring or sustaining the local economy. We aim to create the right conditions and opportunities in which businesses can invest and grow, with a particular focus on sectors and businesses that have the most potential for growth such as advanced materials and manufacturing.
