These projects include new residential construction, multi-family apartments, public and private partnerships, historic and new market tax credit projects, mixed use, office, medical office and other related projects.John also serves as a City Councilor for the City of Winchester and served as President of Council for 5 years. He is the Chairman of the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the Winchester/Frederick County area which focuses on transportation planning. John is a member of the Finance Committee of Valley Health Systems which is the holding company for a multi-location hospital system based in Winchester. He also serves on the boards of Community Foundation of the Northern Shenandoah Valley and the Frederick-Winchester Service Authority.
