Purposes and Mission: Our goal is to develop a deep, local economy for the Miami Valley, Ohio area\that fosters respectful relationships with the earth, animals, and people of our global community.\We intend to establish a community-owned, profitable cooperative business whose mission includes but is not\limited to:\• Provide outlets for nutritious and naturally grown foods with minimal processing and transportation\• Educate our community about the availability and benefits of locally produced foods, goods, and services;\encourage and support local producers, vendors, and customers to embrace sustainable practices\• Incubate ideas and serve as the epicenter for organizing new community services and cooperative\businesses that promote the ecological, physical, social, and economic health of our neighbors and\neighborhoods\• Make healthy food and services accessible to all members of our community..\• Cultivate a strong, friendly, and inclusive community spirit that inspires local economies in other\communities to follow our lead
