At Stoneshire Builders we believe when people invest in a building a house, they should have a say in what they want in their house.As native North Dakotans, Brian and Deb moved around the country and found our way back to finally settle in Bismarck in 2002. They wanted to build their own house and didn't like the style and options available to them. They felt pigeon-holed into floor plans, and the style of the time did not suit them at all. As an Engineer, Brian was able to do the finish work on the homes they built for themselves adding unique elements of quality control and energy efficiency. Stoneshire builders was born.While working corporate jobs in the beginning, Deb as a Commercial Banker, and Brian as an Engineer, time only allowed them to help two families a year build personalized homes. However, as people fell in love with their new homes and the Eiseman's fell in love with building. Brian broke away from the grind and became a full-time, semi-custom home builder in 2011. Since then they have built every style home imaginable from the traditional style home, spec homes, to ultra modern homes. Being a personalized home builder, it's rare to build the same house twice.
