The Safety Training Operators Program [STOP] was developed to primarily assist transportation companies of all sizes and across a wide variety of industries, with basic and specific loss control solutions.Now with use of its custom built LMS [Learning Management System], the Safety Training Operators Program is available at a user's convenience and in any location worldwide. STOP's training program is simple, efficient, specific, accountable and affordable.In transportation, STOP is delivered in courses based on specific industries with up to twenty lessons each. Lessons begin with a pre-quiz to ascertain a users' knowledge prior to taking the course and then used to compare to post completion results. It can also be used as a new employee hire assessment tool.Once in a course, lessons are divided into company specific sessions, followed by a theoretical safety curriculum and then industry or geographic specific courses.STOP is fully customizable and is currently being developed for several municipalities, large transportation and other 'Safety Based' businesses, where it is available as a white label solution and ‘branded' specifically for the respective organization.STOP was initially created by an insurance agent whose goal was to deliver a costs savings solution to their clients', along with a loss control specialist from a large insurance carrier who provided critical technical expertise and the genuine raw data to support actual 'pain points' that were the root causes of losses using current data and analytics, and not from years'-old-on-a-shelf models. The STOP training is administered through its own proprietary LMS [Learning Management System] and extremely versatile OSP: 'VESTOTUS'. VESTOTUS LMS was in development for over two years enabling almost any training solution to be provided and managed across a potentially limitless range of industries, regardless of organization size or scope.
