Story Estates is a residential and commercial real estate brokerage firm. The Managing Broker and Founder, Cliff Story, has been in the Northwest for fifty-two years. Mr. Story has been a successful entrepreneur in several industries, including owning/managing multiple rental properties, building/operating a fine-dining restaurant. Mr. Story is also licensed real estate broker in Florida since 2002 and held a mortgage brokers license for six years. Mr. Story has a strong construction background, begun framing houses in high-school and as a contractor building over one-hundred homes in Houston, Tx, including large multi-family projects. Mr. Story launched Story Development Company, LLC in 2021 to pursue ground-up new construction opportunities in the Northwest. Currently Story Development Company is developing two waterfront properties in Oak Harbor, WA. These two mixed-use ground-up projects include beautiful spacious condos with water views, retail shops, restaurants, and a hotel. Construction and pre-sales are anticipated to begin August 2022.
