So often, organizational leaders struggle to sustainably transfer their vision, values, and practices as they grow year-to-year.And if you know your history, great organizations that falter in passing the torch will soon cease to be great.That's where I come in!I help leaders deliberately worldbuild their company culture with Narrative Wisdom so that they sustainably balance their world between the polarizing extremes of autonomy and tyranny.While some see them purely for marketing or entertainment, stories are actually fundamental to our human thinking and behavior process.They are maps to help us strategically navigate through the landscape our experiences and instinctively pursue what we sense is meaningful to us.Stories are also models to help us transfer complex behavior patterns that influence us toward greatness and away from disaster.The idea behind Storyscape Design is that everyone is living a story - me, you, and collectively, our teams, departments, and organizations.So if every person in an organization begins to see themselves through a narrative lens, they can begin to co-author one cohesive story - like Marvel Studios does with their story design, blending each of their many characters and storylines in to one narrative universe.Then not only can each member of the organization assist each other with their own hero's journey, but they can unify their workplace culture and practices around META narratives ("Model Experiences for Transformational Achievement") that exemplify their highest values and goals.Finally, when they learn to co-author their stories together, they can begin to recruit with clarity for those who further enhance their story. Also, they can clearly articulate an authentic brand narrative to drive their marketing and sales content.So even though they many seem somewhat frivolous, stories have the power to transform our business cultures, at scale, if we know how to design and lead with narrative wisdom.
