What won't change is our need for safety, health and wellbeing, and community. Stotan Group was formed because we believe humans are more important than hardware.Stotan Group is an Australian owned business focused on human performance; particularly our interaction with technology and its impact on people and teams. The company was founded in 2017 by former SAS Team Commander Harry Moffitt and his wife Danielle, a learning and development specialist. Both are passionate about and driven to helping people and teams thrive and flourish. We work with our partners to provide solutions to their complex human problems, by working synchronously across three levels—people, process & place—to help you build high performing humans and teams.Our specialised teams consisting of psychologists, learning and development experts, tech specialists and leaders from mission-critical teams, such as military Special Operations. These unique teams bring the hard-earned lessons from high-performance people, teams and environments into your workplace. Our evidence-based methods are philosophically grounded in a holistic biopsychosocial framework of human performance development.Our sense of community is what differentiates us.
