• Setting up a standard recruitment/ interview process and document the process and procedure using the international best practice as a bench mark for the organization's recruitment process.\• Periodic reviewing of our recruitment process and making further recommendation if need be.\• Identifying and monitoring the activities of our key competitors via newspaper adverts, adverts on their sites, information about them through any means.\• Responsible for recruitment mandate execution\• Responsible for relationship management with clients\• Provide head hunting services to clients as well as executive search \• Identifying target organizations for recruitment services and communicating same to the business development unit.\• Designing a document management system for all incoming resumes\• Conducting test for candidates and managing the logistics involved.\• Scheduling interviews and setting up interview panel ( putting into consideration the acceptable requirement to be a member of the panel).From time to time conduct face to face interviews for invited candidates when necessary.\• Screen and Shortlist qualified candidates, writing profile for shortlisted candidates and selection criteria.\• Forwarding profile, resume and other details of shortlisted candidates to clients and feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates.\• Following up on the selection process of clients to monitor the progress of our candidates using the recruitment tracker
