Strategic Development Initiatives, LLC offers leadership development, training, and coaching, with special emphasis on women who are new in their leadership roles, who struggle to demonstrate leadership presence, and/or who may not be receiving the training and support they need for achieving optimum performance and feeling successful and fulfilled at work and/or in their personal lives. SDI believes that ongoing growth, development, and self-discovery are fundamental to a leader's satisfaction with themselves and critical for enabling them to develop into humane, powerful, and inspirational leaders. During the coaching process, SDI partners with clients to help them reach their goals by stimulating learning, awareness and skill building to meet their unique needs. Using specialized coaching methods focused on the individual's way of being, SDI facilitates the client's efforts to identify beliefs, behaviors, and practices that no longer serve them and to replace these with ones that significantly improve the outcomes they generate and will increase their satisfaction and pleasure in everything they do.
