At a more operational level clients come to us to develop new supply bases, often in Asia. STC can take in charge the whole process from the establishment of objectives through the steps of supplier evaluation and selection, RFQ management, product validation, launch in mass production and after support. In the domain of Logistics we are drastically reducing logistics costs. We leverage a number of tools and techniques. We are also innovating in this domain, creating new solutions that permit cost reductions but also improve delivery performance. Further to our operational work, STC is also redesigning Logistics Strategies. Our approach enables us to both resolve issues within the current organisation as well as look forward in time to ensure that the solutions envisaged now can evolve and satisfy the future.In Sales & Marketing, STC is specialised in the creation of worldwide sales organisations. Faced with global customer, with both global and local demands STC helps clients design "Key Account Management" strategies and organisations.
