After graduating in Economics and working in Corporate Finance, Álvaro Kapaz decided to follow his dream and be a full-time musician. He went to Berklee College of Music in 2006, where he graduated suma cum laude with 3 degrees (Music Business, Film Scoring, and Guitar Performance). After 5 years in Boston he moved to New York (2011), where he lived his dream being a session player, MD for touring acts, Producer for singer-songwriters, Artistic Director of Music Festivals, studio owner, and above all a music entrepreneur. Moving back to Brazil (2014) he quickly established himself as a force in the local industry, joining as partner of one of the best music schools in São Paulo, building his own music publishing company, among several other projects. Ivan Staicov graduated as a biologist and worked for years as an environmental expert for massive corporations for over 10 years. He also studies how music can improve physical and mental health, and connect people to one another. Being a life-long musician, he also heard the calling of music when his band Santa Jam Vó Alberta started to gain more and more traction, having their own award-winning documentary "Sinfonia Caipira" lead them to tour the USA, Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil multiple times, and even have their own TEDx talk. A multi-instrumentalist and composer, Ivan leads the band (for almost 5 years now), and has taken it to another level.Trent Berry's background is also dual-rooted- having worked for Bay Area fintech software company SS&C Advent for over 2 decades specializing in Performance Analytics and Fixed Income while simultaneously being firmly entrenched in the music industry. An established guitarist and producer, he is the co-owner of Dreamrack Studios in the renowned Hyde Street Studios complex- where seminal recordings recordings have been made from artists such as Herbie Hancock, the Grateful Dead, Tupac Shakur, Jefferson Airplane, CSNY, Santana, CCR, Joe Satriani, and many others.
