Strength Lab provides elite sports science/Strength & conditioning services to professional and amateur sports while giving access to the same high quality services to the general publicAccess to professional sports science and strength conditioning is usually a privilege reserved for elite athletes and sportspeople. Strength Lab aims to make this level of training available to everybody and to revolutionise the way most people access health and fitness training. We deliver personal training sessions to small groups, in a purpose built training facility. Groups of up to eight people train with a Strength Lab Coach to meet their individual fitness objectives and goals. The exercise methods are effective and highly focused, optimising training time to get better results, fast. It's a high quality, premium service that allows the Coaches to be responsive to individual needs, encouraging everyone to work at their own level, striving toward their own personal objectives. Strength Lab offers bespoke and highly personalised training programmes with all the benefits of one-to-one training but at a fraction of the cost. There are no annual membership fees, just a commitment to a six week training block with three sessions per week.Strength Lab also offers one-to-one training sessions for those who prefer a more traditional and private way of exercise. In addition to the above, Strength Lab provides community facility with post-school classes for local children in fundamental movements
