During that time, we helped our teams recognize their individual contributions and the contributions of others. We've helped student organizations, paraprofessional staff, and professional staff teams increase collaboration, trust, and productivity. We've seen great supervisors and ones that have disrupted the very teams they were entrusted to lead. We've seen even the most well-intentioned supervisors - including ourselves - become overwhelmed as workloads increase and resources get cut. As we've learned and grown, we've discovered that what makes supervisors successful is different for everyone. We help supervisors identify their individual talents and how to harness them to make their teams be more collaborative, innovative, positive, and productive. We've have 30 years of experience in higher education, so we've struggled with the same student and administrative problems you have. We use humor and authenticity to help you create a more strategic and inspired way forward. We help you better understand your strengths and how to use them to understand your individual leadership style. We help supervisors get unstuck from the daily, exhausting grind and renew their passion by understanding how to leverage their talents and those of their team.
