Writing and Research ServicesWriting and research services are engaged when an idea for a work product is submitted, but the work load required for the project is beyond the scope of client resources. Examples of services include technical writing, guest articles or posts, ghost writing, proof of concept, user narratives, use case analysis, research, program evaluation, program development, assessment construction, assessment deployment and maintenance, general data collection, analysis, reporting, survey design and deployment, psychometrics, software and app development, and translation. Instructional DesignContent development and review services are available for face-to-face and online platforms for K-12, higher education, and industry training materials. While basic SME services are available, a variety of compliance directives are followed as part of our basic support model.
