Strike Off is your #1 Pro MMA promotion in Virginia that was established by passionate world class MMA fighters, coaches and MMA gym owners who understood the needs of its community. Strike Off's startup was a huge success selling out its show on June 7th, 2014. Now Strike Off has become one of the fastest growing Pro MMA promotions in its region, bringing fighters and fans across multiple states such as VA, MD, DC, DE, NJ, PA, NY, NC, SC and FL. Thus, accomplishing selling out 4 explosive shows in less than 12 months. Initially Strike Off was created to support local Pro MMA fighters and give them the opportunity to showcase their talents and advance to world class promotions such as UFC and Bellator. Why? Strike Off founders noticed there are not enough local Pro shows in the region which has dreadfully restricted our fighter's ability to qualify for big events. This was impacting fighter moral which in turn crippled Virginia's Pro MMA industry. However, Virginia does have several MMA promotions in the area but none has invested in Pro MMA due to the heavy production costs to include paying fighters, licensing and the Athletic Commissions to name a few. It is Strike Off's mission to stimulate Virginia's Pro MMA industry while enhancing the regions market share in the Pro MMA industry for the fighters by leveraging its ability to attract a large audience and facilitate fights of explosive caliber. Strike Off is doing just that as the organization has made deals to broadcast the event live on pay-per-view and Comcast Networks, and to host the event in the Eagle Bank Arena (formerly known as the Patriot Center). Thus, creating opportunities for fighters and sponsors alike to gain exposure on national and international levels.
