Stroke Support Station (S3) is Singapore's first dedicated wellness centre to meet the gap in post-stroke care of stroke survivors and their caregivers, by offering a unique platform for consistent stroke support, education & training. S3's unique framework is grounded in the practice of R.E.A.L (Re-learn & Enjoy Active Living) that fosters a conducive environment for all stakeholders involved in the stroke recovery journey in an inclusive environment within the Enabling Village at Redhill. S3 has partnerships with various organisations to increase the awareness of stroke and advance advocacy to enable an inclusive society and achieve a shared vision to address the physical, socio-emotional and psychological needs of stroke survivors and their caregivers in a holistic and sustainable manner.
