Our purpose at Strong and Stable is to give our patients a way to continue strengthening and lengthening the muscles and connective tissues at all stages of life. After a course of prescriptive therapy, we offer a way to continue their training. Core strengthening through proven disciplines such as Pilates and yoga is a key principle to musculoskeletal health and a means to improved balance, posture, reduced pain and overall wellness. At Strong and Stable, we are taking an integrative approach to treating the patient, not just in the acute phase, but hopefully for life.
