The Strong Foundation Team has extensive business, leadership development, coaching, wellness counselling and human resource (HR) experience. Established in 1991, we are devoted to investing in people and their businesses, seeing them grow and become extraordinary. We use a variety of assessment and profiling tools to help our clients reach a deeper level of self-awareness. Including the 360 degree Feedback tool for leadership and development & Insights Personal Profiling for preference evaluations. Based on a one-on-one personalised approach, we act as a coach, consultant, sounding board, confidential advisor and personal skills trainer.
