In March, 2009 Rustam Yuldashev, President, STS Logistics and Cyril Vlasov, Chief Executive Officer, RLS during the joint press conference at Interfax information agency (Moscow) officially announced their amicable unification for the purpose of creating one of the largest logistics operators in Russia.
