The Student Managed Investment Fund is a club located on the SUNY Plattsburgh campus. SMIF is a prestigious club in the School of Business and Economics. We managed our own portfolio ($10,000 AUM) investing in equities while concentrating on diversifying our positions throughout various sectors. SMIF, also participates in the ADK Cup which is a contest of 20+ institution in the Northeast competing for 6-months to see who generates the best return while investing in five small market cap positions. The Student Managed Investment Fund meets weekly on Wednesdays at 8PM and discusses related topics and curates trips to Boston and NYC. Come join us while we meet in the Bloomberg Lab in Au Sable 127.
