Studio Beekhuis is an Interior design practice which partners with independent designers, joiners and building companies to extend the services they provide to their clients. I work as part of these companies assisting with a variety of creative and technical skills dependent on project brief and client requirements.• Brief development including planning of design stages and costing.• Spatial planning• Client presentation work: 3D visualisation drawings using freehand drawing, Photoshop and SketchUp.• Technical Plan and Elevation drawings in AutoCAD• Bespoke joinery design including detailed AutoCAD drawings for a joiner• Interior detailing and architectural finishes• Bespoke carpet and furniture design• On site management of design implementationWorking in this industry has also led to connections with a wide range of interior designers, joinery manufacturers, building professionals and suppliers.
