Our Prague-based studio is a 3 member team, which enables us to perform quickly and efficiently, without unnecessary costs. Two of us have a university degree in photography, and we personally experienced the process of transformation from the analogue to the digital photography. For years we put in the short days in the studio with the large-format cameras and the long nights in the darkroom, with chemicals, developing negatives and enlarging prints. For us nowadays, a pixel is the same kind of visual information carrier as a silver grain used to be in the past. We have exchanged the darkroom for computers and studios and lights for 3D and light simulators. But we treat the RAW files and digital data with the same scrupulous attention that we once bestowed on the negatives. Our biggest advantage and specific difference is that we are not retrained graphic designers butchering images, but precise craftsmen who handle pixels gently and with care.
