Studio SDA Architecture is a multi-award winning chartered architectural design studio that was established in 2007 with its head office in Chorley, Lancashire. Our founders and directors are husband and wife Simon Lewis-Pierpoint and Katie Lewis-Pierpoint, who over the last decade have established an impressive reputation for delivering ground breaking, award winning and bespoke designs for their clients. Simon and Katie's drive and passion in making dreams a reality has seen the team at StudioSDA make history in the architectural world, being the first practice to proudly be Northern Design Awards Winners in two consecutive years running; for ‘Best Residential Architectural Practice' 2016 & 2017 and ‘Best Architectural Design Concept' 2016 & 2017. StudioSDA is a multi-disciplined studio with its exceptional team comprising of talented and highly qualified architects and architectural designers, with extensive expertise working in the green belt, areas of outstanding beauty (ANOB) and working on heritage and listed buildings. Our team of experts pride themselves on making the impossible, ‘possible' striving to find solutions to seemingly impossible scenarios and our work is often referred to as pioneering. Our motivation and dedication are evident in all our designs either through our knowledge of cutting edge technologies to create the most unique designs or delivering exquisite super prime housing that sympathetically listens to our clients dreams and aspirations.
