We help scale growing teams in the Games industry with amazing talent, enabling studios to make real connections with their people and realise their dreams for growth.Founded in London in 2016, we've fostered a hybrid culture of both onsite and fully distributed (remote) Recruiters, which enables us to remain flexible to the evolving needs of the studios we partner with, whilst remaining borderless in our quest for our own talent. We entered the industry with the sole purpose of growing a company that was built around achievable core values that prioritise high-impact talent services, with a focus on quality and sustainable growth at its heart. We've helped scale some incredible games teams with this ethos so far, and we're still in our infancy. Our team is made up of experienced talent experts, but also life-long gamers and tech nerds.
