The Studius platform combines the best of freelance marketplaces and enterprise talent analytics solutions, applied to the recruitment process. We capture peer reviewed skills data to empower hiring managers to find and screen the best candidates without needing recruiters or resumes.The platform provides a 3 sided marketplace for validating candidate performance and skills, through the use of an innovative skills ratings and evaluation system. We work with employers and hiring managers to create a virtual, structured application process that helps define and map out the selection criteria. Hiring managers then invite trusted evaluators (peers, subject matter experts etc) onto the system, to review candidate skills and capabilities that are shown on the recruitment process. The Studius platform enables hiring managers to view, benchmark, compare and filter this evaluation data (using contextual analytics and reporting), to make informed, effective, data driven hiring decisions.
