STUDYBEL is a STUDY AND DESIGN AGENCY specialized in industrial piping, pressure equipment, tubular heat exchangers, tanks, chimneys and silos, steel structures, mechanics and hydraulics.We design, calculate, study and control the construction of your fluid management facilities in compliance with current standards.As lead contractor, Studybel conducts all of your investment from preliminary design studies to commissioning (EPCM). - Brief or detailed pre-project, budget, planning - Implementation and detailed studies, process analysis - Bill of specifications, material specifications - Tenders and discussions with your suppliers - Site supervision : coordination, planning, quality - Commissioning : coordination and supervision of interventions - Compilation of construction files and manualsBy bringing together process, calculation and design skills, we perform the following studies. - Design and dimensionning of pressure vessels, tubular heat-exchangers, tanks and piping according to Belgian and European design rules, international codes and standards as, e.g. ASME (I, III, VIII – div. 1&2), ANSI (B31.3, B31.11), TEMA, API, CODAP, SNCT, AD-Merkblatter, BS (5500, 2654, …), CODRES, STOOMWEZEN, TRD, DIN, EUROCODES, …- Calculation notes according to these design rules, codes and standards- Set-up of PED (Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC) files: prerequisites to design, materials evaluation, preliminary risk analysis, instruction manual- Stability calculations of steel structures and chimneys, stress analysis- Flexibility calculations of piping- Mechanical and hydraulic calculations- Process calculations : thermodynamic, pressure loss, water hammers, balance process, … - Realizing of implementation studies with measurement on site, making of drawing such as PFD schemes, P&ID, lay-out, isometrics, piping supports, pressure vessels, tanks, silos, chimneys, steel structures, "as built" drawings
