Corporate oversight for 184 Subway restaurant locations, as well as additional food brand concepts. Directly responsible for corporate operations of new store development including:Franchise salesStore leasing and lease negotiationNew site selection & evaluationStore plan design and construction, store relocations, and store remodelsStore operations, in-store marketing and sales promotion, brand awareness and advertising.
