Sudanese Doctors Initiative Details
Sudanese Doctors Initiative (SDI) is an initiative created by like-minded professional young adults to help maintain and develop the healthcare system in Sudan. It was initially created to combat issues during the COVID-19 outbreak, however, the issues identified were merely magnified by the pandemic. Through local community involvement, we hope to grow our initiative into a sustainable platform to ensure the continuity of healthcare services to create a better environment for all healthcare professionals in Sudan. SDI's breadth of scope is limited to healthcare centers and hospitals.- VisionTo strengthen the healthcare system in Sudan, SDI aims to provide: medical aid, education and training and local community health awareness and promotion. - Mission SDI aspires to maintain, develop and improve the healthcare system in Sudan for the good of all Sudanese people, as healthcare is a human right.
