They believe that Australia serves up some of the best coffee in the world, especially milk based coffees (latte, cappuccino etc). \The difference between cafes serving up great coffee and the ones serving up poor or average coffee comes down to some basic things.\\• The Coffee (of course)\• Experience in making coffee\• Knowledge (Not always gained from experience) \• PASSION. This is the most important ingredient in any great cafe and barista. You can have all the rest but if you don't have the passion for what you are serving your customers, chances are that you will have an average coffee experience.
