Suman, a Cornell MBA, has mentored more than 300 students over the last 7 years, preparing them for admission to the top MBA programs. After his engineering degree, he initially worked in the US in the technology sector, but post MBA shifted back to India to work as a Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Thereafter, he co-founded Priserve Consulting, a boutique consulting firm focusing on the energy and engineering sectors and ran the company as the CEO. Currently, he works as a General Manager, at Aptara Inc., where he heads the pre-sales groups of the company globally.At Cornell, he was Fellow at the Harvey Kinzelberg Entrepreneurship in Engineering program and a research associate at Cornell's centre for Technology Transfer. He has direct experience of reviewing actual applications as part of the student admission panel during his MBA at Cornell. Later as an alumni interviewer for the Johnson School, he has conducted numerous admissions interviews.Suman is also a writer and has just finished writing his first fiction novel – ‘The Gurgaon Chatters'. He is the founder-director of the Johnson( Cornell) Alumni club of India and an organizing member of the Joint Alumni Events (of US and European universities) in Delhi.
