PASEO DEL PUERTO & MARINA PARACAS (PP&MP) is an innovative real estate project promoted and developed by the company SUMARE SAC who has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry and comprised of the same team of professionals behinds the successful housing developments such as Nuevo Paracas (project valued at US$ 125M) and La Finca de Villacurí (project valued at US$ 18M).
