Organised by a group of young women, Summer Dreaming creates events that tackles the gender imbalance in the creative industry, both on the stage, and in the development stages.Summer Dreaming is an organisation that provides young women with the opportunity to create events that speak to and reflect their experiences. Team members also develop professional skills and contacts and be paid for their time and efforts.Summer Dreaming will always endeavour to:1. Create opportunities for young women to translate their passions andcreativity into workplace skills,2. Develop diverse community events,3. Instil a community of empowered and supported members, and4. Establish a network of professional mentors to offer support andguidance.
